Sound Healing with Chakra Balancing and Reiki
Join us at Zest for a Wellness Fair!
In this mini session, you’ll be guided through a healing journey that blends chakra balancing, sound therapy and Reiki to help release what no longer serves you—physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
Using Tibetan singing bowls attuned to each chakra, along with gong and bells from Nepal, the sound bath promotes deep relaxation, stress relief, and energetic alignment. Gentle Reiki complements the experience by supporting your body’s natural healing process and restoring balance.
Together, the guided meditation, sound healing, and Reiki create a nurturing space to let go of limiting beliefs, clear distractions, and reconnect with your truest self.

Also known as World Yoga Day, this global celebration highlights yoga’s ability to unite body, mind, and community. It invites people of all ages and backgrounds to experience the transformative effects of this ancient practice.
At this year’s event, we’ll gather in honor of the summer solstice, a powerful seasonal shift that inspires clarity, growth, and new intentions. The class also lands just days before a new moon, an ideal time to reset and realign.

Sound Bath with Chakra Healing + Reiki
Restore Your Balance with Sound Bath, Chakra Work & Reiki
In this healing sound bath, you will be guided to release things that no longer serve you on a physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and/or spiritual level, honoring the full moon in the sign of Scorpio. Singing bowls for each chakra, gongs, and bells from Nepal have high vibrational frequencies that release stress and balance and calm the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki energy will also be received throughout the session.
This is a powerful time for emotional cleansing and transformation. Doggy Yoga + Puppy Sound Bath
Join us for a heartwarming afternoon of movement, sound healing, and connection—with some very special four-legged guests. Set in a serene outdoor space, this unique event blends gentle yoga, restorative sound meditation, and the joyful energy of rescue puppies.
1:00 – 1:45 PM | Puppy Yoga
A playful, beginner-friendly flow designed to help you unwind, stretch, and connect with rescue pups from Wise Animal Rescue adding extra love and lightness to the mat.
2:00 – 2:45 PM | Sound Bowl Meditation
A grounding meditation led by Vinni, featuring the soothing frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls to support deep relaxation and energetic balance.
Arrive early for extra puppy snuggles, bring a swimsuit and towel if you’d like to enjoy the pool afterward, and stick around for light snacks and refreshments.

Sound Healing + Intuitive Painting Workshop

We will then move to an intuitive painting exercise where you will have the chance to let it flow. Let your heart and intuition lead the way. You’ll have a large sheet of paper, paints and paint brushes. We will start as a group with a bilateral drawing exercise with pastels as the underlay of our work, and then you will individually flow into your work, taking it deeper by adding paint and working out your own composition and colors. This is an opportunity to let the subconscious mind see what it wants to birth through a visual medium.
This will be a guided sound healing journey with group reiki followed by a wonderful opportunity for you to express yourself artistically.
