You’ll be guided through a chakra-balancing sound bath, where the resonant tones of Himalayan singing bowls, gong, and bells weave through each of the seven chakras. Reiki energy will flow intuitively throughout, supporting emotional release and subtle energetic alignment. Through deep breathwork and meditation, we’ll gently release what no longer serves us and create luminous space for insight, peace, and purpose.
