Serenity Hour is a 45-minute guided class open to Parsippany residents age 50 and above.
This class is thoughtfully designed with seniors in mind, offering gentle movement and calming practices to support overall well-being. The session includes chair-based yoga to ease stiffness and support joint mobility, simple Qi Gong exercises that use slow, flowing motions to improve balance and energy flow, and a brief sound bowl meditation to encourage deep relaxation and mental clarity.
Each practice is easy to follow and can be done at your own pace. Whether you’re looking to move more comfortably, reduce stress, or simply enjoy a moment of peace, Serenity Hour provides a welcoming and supportive space to reconnect with body and mind.
